We are currently working on a plan to add this feature, but have no timeline to share at the moment.

So basic feature and Microsoft is prioritizing on other complex stuff, many of them are stuff nobody asked for.

Hey Microsoft, give priority to little changes like this one. It is a very annoying one and, as I saw in forums, it has been like this since two years ago.

Hopefully SharePoint does something to be able to hide this section, as in my organization is not adding any value at all to show how many people have seen the page and to like it. Instead it's annoying as it is only there to take space, and when I want to recreate a footer it ruins the design.

Thank you for the feedback. Creating a Modern Content Editor Web part is not in our plans right now

Taking out the "Script Editor" webpart was a huge step back for sharepoint. After learning SPFx I realized it is a very complicated and still kinda limited tool.

We aren’t currently working on adding recurring events support to the Events web part. As a number of commentors have suggested, Group calendars do a great job with recurring events and are a great way to show them on your modern pages.

We initially didn’t enable the full width column on team sites due to the vertical navigation on the left and left justification of team site pages. How do you imagine it should work/look on those pages?

In modern pages, we open links within SharePoint in the same tab by default, and external links in a new tab. In the text web part, users can specify to open links in a new tab, but that isn’t the default behavior. Similarly, for navigation links, they follow the same rule (within SharePoint, same tab, external to SharePoint in a new tab). This is true of the modern web parts that support linking as well (hero, quick links, images, etc.) This is the pattern we’ve adopted for consistency.
After reviewing other areas of modern sites, like the site pages library, document libraries, lists, site contents, etc. we did find some different opening behaviors which we’ll review and resolve.
Can you help us understand if this pattern isn’t meeting your expectation, if we have some inconsistencies within modern pages we’ve missed, or if it’s the other areas of modern sites where…

I would like Microsoft to add the option to open links in the same tab or a new tab. Sometimes it is needed to open on the same page and sometimes you need to open in a different tab. It has nothing to do with "Standardization", it has to be the decision of the site owner where you need the link to open, and I found it really annoying that Quick Links don't allow you to open links in a different tab.

I need Quick Links to open on a new tab and I can't do it.
It's 2019 already, and Sharepoint still don't give the user the option to open on same tab or new tab of any link.. -

Please Microsoft stop doing little annoying things to your software, I need a way to take that extra part that quick links add to the URLs because it's messing with the way I want my site to work.

As announced at Ignite, the modern SharePoint admin experience will be releasing the ability to view all sites associated to a hub by end of year.
For hub site visitors, you can leverage the Sites web part to display all sites associated to the hub as well (provided the visitor has access to the sites).

I need to access to all the sites that are part of my HUB. As they are a lot, I need to have bookmarks for each one them.
I'd like that SharePoint has an option in the HUB settings that would show you the links to all the sites that are part of this HUB.Mandino Nabula supported this idea ·

We’ll be updating the Image gallery web part on modern pages shortly to display images dynamically from a document library, if you have that library backed by a CDN.

We’ve already made some improvements to how modern pages layout for print in chrome. We’re also looking at additional improvements as well.

I also think the older layout is hundred times better, the modern pages are very, very limited. As a designer working with sharepoint, with these modern pages I feel I can do nothing
Specially for the "Quick Links" web part. But the option to open links in a different tab should be able to any kind of link. Also for the links in the top/left menu.
