I also would like to create a 'map of locations' based on a SharePoint list (addresses, not latitude/longitude) rather than only being able to enter one address to create a map of one location. Lists can be active, changing and I would like the map visualization to refresh when the list is updated - even being able to use a condition ("if agreement status is "executed", display on map; if agreement status is not "executed" do not display; don't display duplicates, etc). Power BI can do this but our users do not have licenses - which are very expensive.

The 'file viewer' web part, in its current state, is useless and looks silly when used in a two column section adjacent to a text section which allows the content to wrap and responsively resize. What is the point of allowing a file view (of which a lot, I would assume, are documents like Word, Excel, PPT) and only show half of a normal page size? I can't think of a situation where half of a view makes sense. Please review and allow this web part to have sizing options (width and height)

We’re actively thinking about how we can better support the desire for a great looking, responsive, wall calendar view. As we solidify our thoughts, we’ll share more.

The ability to display a 'month' view of events list on a page in a web part is critical. Additionally, the overall Events application in SharePoint needs modernization across the board. The SharePoint app calendar fields do not match list custom fields (custom fields are not visible in the app)

Agree - we have several use cases where a 'month' view of events list is needed/required. Also, please modernize the overall Events application in SharePoint. Not enough options to customize + SharePoint app calendar form does not pull in any custom columns that were created in the event list.

I can't 'upvote' this enough. There are a lot of use cases I can think of off the top of my head where a team would want to display an entire month view of dates. We use a list Calendar to track reservations for our labs and folks want monthly views (and the ability to scroll previous/next month) so they can see availability. AND be able to create new event in that window. Being able to use a webpart on a modern page for this -which also contains other information (address, hours, contact info, document, links, etc) - is a no brainer. Yes, you can send your users to the calendar page, but why? The fewer clicks, the better. I know I can 'embed' but it brings over the whole page layout which is not attractive embedded into a webpart. PLEASE modernize the calendar functionality in SharePoint!

Need for the publish date of news posts to be refreshed and/or have the ability to edit. Sometimes I re-use a news post but update some of the content. However, when it has an old date, readers think 'there's nothing new' and skip right over, or think that the news is not being kept current. Also, I just updated a post and the date reads "January 1,1" - what does that even mean? And some of us can't use power shell or 3rd party vendors.

And/Or allow the option to update a field without having to specify the value for every other single field in the list.

Thanks for the suggestion. While this can accomplished via PnP Powershell today, we understand the desire to have a way to do it in the UX. We’ll add it to our backlog.

Looks like this has been implemented but it is causing major issues in the performance of my InfoPath libraries. Now we are having issues with changes in Quick Edit mode not saving.

This "friendly" default requires 7 additional clicks every time I create a new list or library - out the gate. Click on settings, click on "created", click on Standard, click OK. Click on "modified", click on Standard, click OK. Why? The default should be standard since that is what normal, professional adults use.

So strange that these fields are 'read only' in a mobile device - just doesn't make any sense at all. I need users to be able to pick from a very long "source" list that I want to be able to update on the fly, not edit a column of values in the master list/form. And why has Microsoft been "thinking about it" since March of 2019? Seems like this would be a quick win for that team to enable this column type in mobile. Why the delay?

We initially didn’t enable the full width column on team sites due to the vertical navigation on the left and left justification of team site pages. How do you imagine it should work/look on those pages?

Please open up more design options for Team sites modern pages - hiding left navigation, adding more top navigation options, remove white space left and right, and remove white space between web parts, ability to remove title area or add more content/rows (sub title) and/or use images as background for content/text web parts. No code solutions please - not all of us can write code. Thanks!

We have a few use cases for this feature - where we can update the list of locations in SharePoint based on valid customer agreements, for example, and then dynamically display these locations in a map for our end user to choose a customer based on proximity. Can we get some response/feedback from MS if this feature is even on the roadmap or being considered?
