We have a library with >30.000 files and hundreds of files changed every hour. Only 1% of these files are from a contenttype we need to start a flow for. Because we can not bind the Flow to the content type we need to compare the content type on every Flow instance run. I assume this is causing a lot of unnecessary traffic on Microsoft side !
