Thank you for bringing this suggestion to our attention. While the SharePoint migration investments have been focused on helping the on-prem customer transition to OneDrive and SharePoint in Office 365 using the SharePoint migration tool, we acknowledge that there are additional scenarios like the ones explained in this suggestion that are not covered yet. We are currently considering various options to solve those scenarios, but we cannot commit to anything at this point. Please continue bringing great suggestions to our attention like this one.

Is there an update on this? This seems like such a no-brainer to develop and something really simple to implement.

Today an image occupies the width of the container it’s in (e.g. 1/3 column). Assuming you could make your image smaller than the column width, what level of alignment would you want? Is left, right, center sufficient, or are you wanting vertical alignment in the negative space around the image (e.g. top, middle, bottom)? What would you expect happens to the space on different break points (e.g. iPad, mobile phone, etc.) Does it go away, or is it somehow retained? Thanks.

Basic alignment options: left, right and center.

Currently, it's impossible to have negative space above or below an image, so not sure why the product team is asking this...

Spacing at different break points just reflects what you are already doing with text.

The following/recent site list don't show all the site that I'm following or have access to. It's a very frustrating experience.

We are continuing to make our large list experiences better, please keep the feedback coming.

    Spring 2018 update:
    - We now support being able to manually add indexes to lists of any size (increased from lists up to 20,000 items previously).
    - Starting with the February release of the Office 365 Excel client, you will be able to export your full list instead of getting cut off part of the way through.

What we are working on now:
    - Predictive indexing will start to work for lists larger than 20,000 items so your views will automatically cause the right indexes to be added to your lists.

    In our backlog:
    - Being able to index/sort/filter by lookup column types (like person, lookup or managed metadata columns) without being throttled.
    - Making sure that our REST APIs support querying in ways that will guarantee that the call will not be throttled.

    For…

This is so frustrating. Even a work around where it only displays the first 5000 results will be better than displaying nothing at all.

Even some basic filtering would be nice. Doesn't have to be awesome from the get go. The sort function is a joke when you're dealing with thousands of files.

Yes! Being able to align images left or right would be very handy. Currently I have to pad an image with white space so it aligns properly!
