Office 365 / SharePoint online needs to support opening PDF documents in SharePoint directly to client application

As one person mentioned already, you can paste images into the text editor on modern pages and we’ll upload the image for you.
Is this strictly asking for that capability in lists with multi line text box (MLTB)?

As stated by others before, pasting images should ANYWHERE
-> either not be allowed when it does not work
-> or should just work if you paste it anywhere it is allowed to paste!Also in classic MLTB.
It is just crazy now that the user can do a paste action, sees the images pasted among the text and have the image dissappear after saving (MLTB).
I also would love to be able to redirect users to use Stream when they try to upload video content into any SharePoint site location (including Teams group sites)
