We’re currently working on this feature now. You’ll be able to specify when your modern page actually gets published (date/time).

We’re actively thinking about how we can better support the desire for a great looking, responsive, wall calendar view. As we solidify our thoughts, we’ll share more.

We’ve already made some improvements to how modern pages layout for print in chrome. We’re also looking at additional improvements as well.

Thanks for the suggestion. While this can accomplished via PnP Powershell today, we understand the desire to have a way to do it in the UX. We’ll add it to our backlog.

We shifted our resources to delivering other great areas in the SharePoint product, and are no longer planning to bring customizability (in the near term) to the SharePoint start page.

Today an image occupies the width of the container it’s in (e.g. 1/3 column). Assuming you could make your image smaller than the column width, what level of alignment would you want? Is left, right, center sufficient, or are you wanting vertical alignment in the negative space around the image (e.g. top, middle, bottom)? What would you expect happens to the space on different break points (e.g. iPad, mobile phone, etc.) Does it go away, or is it somehow retained? Thanks.

I'd like to see the ability to put small thumbnails images or icons in-line with text. Then the user could click or hover over the icon to see a larger version of the image. A screen pop. We use this for technical documentation of other systems.

Thank you for everyone who has been providing feedback on this thread. There is a variety of work happening to make it easier for people to save to/from OneDrive and SharePoint. There are no specifics and ETA’s to share at this point.

I see that you can now "upload" an email attachment directly to document library, but when you click the site name the file goes automatically without letting you choose which folder to put it in. It also gets uploaded with a bizarre name and gives you no option to choose the file name. You then have to find it in sharepoint and rename it. Almost there! Please fine tune the process!!

Rather than being able to customize the sharepoint landing page, I'd just like to see the following changes:
1. Get rid of the "news from your sites" area.
2. Don't allow a new post from this page
3. Allow users to "Pin" sites to the top
4. Separate the site list into these 3 categories; Sites I'm following, Sites I have access to, All sites (in alpha order, maybe in a list instead of tiles since they take up so much space).
We currently have a custom site directory which is a pain to maintain and we need to get rid of if we move from classic to modern. My hope would be that the SharePoint landing page could replace this.
