We shifted our resources to delivering other great areas in the SharePoint product, and are no longer planning to bring customizability (in the near term) to the SharePoint start page.

Being forced to sharepoint.aspx is just unbelievable. Users want to go direct to their SharePoint. I had to show this page to a IT director from a client... because he didnt believe in me that change a simple url in a office 365 tile was not possible. This a shame and the regular user dont understand and start do hate SharePoint Online. I was a happy guy back in the day with SharePoint Server.Anonymous supported this idea ·
