   Yep. Same issue here. Used the SPMT tool and it uploaded to the communicatoin site (!!) then when I asked Sharepoint to move to the active sharepoint site, it failed with "something went wrong" and now I have multiple copies of folders and a nightmare. Unable to see any way of fixing this easily!
