We aren’t currently working on adding recurring events support to the Events web part. As a number of commentors have suggested, Group calendars do a great job with recurring events and are a great way to show them on your modern pages.

This is a major missing feature that should be included in any basic calendar. I can't think of any other calendar/events list that does not support this. A teams calendar as suggested is not appropriate nor does it work with communication site for an Intranet.Sean B supported this idea ·
